As a part of Elite Fight Night (EFN) Champions League that will launch on August 22 in Bangkok, Thailand, Abu Dhabi Warriors are stepping onto foreign grounds for the first time.

The event that will also include 4-man Muay Thai tournament, 4 Warriors will be on a quest for only 2 tickets for the Grand Final in Abu Dhabi, UAE. A welterweight fight between Baz Mohammad Mubariz (4-3) from Afghanistan and Michal Vostry (6-6) from Czech Republic will determine who will get a chance to fight at the main show at the end of the year.

25-year old Mubariz was one the verge of connecting 3 fights winning streak at the end of last year, but had to eventually retire due to severe eye injury. Coming out from Afghanistan, Mubariz is constantly looking to improve his skills and has lately been training in Thailand with some of the best in the business.

Czech Vostry will be looking to bounce back on August 22 at the Asiatique in Bangkok. Member of Prague’s Penta Gym, Vostry has ended most his fights via submission and it will be interesting to see how he will cope against a dominant wrestler like Mubariz.

Nayeb Hezam (16-18), 33-year old Frenchman who stepped in as a last minute replacement will face Diego Gonzalez (17-11) from Sweden.

Gonzalez, who is of Latin American descent, is a member of prestigious Allstars Gym from Sweden. He made his name fighting in Nordic promotions and is currently 2-1 in his last three fights.

Four fighters will enter the ring in Bangkok and only two will get a ticket to the Grand Final in Abu Dhabi at the end of the year. Join us on August 22 at the Asiatique the Riverfront in Bangkok, Thailand or via livestream on EB-TV.
